Your body is absolutely perfect right now! It has perfectly adapted itself to the environment and daily life it has been placed into. You can use this to your advantage! Change your environment and move more in daily life. Sounds easy right? It is!
So why are you not already doing this? We are all looking for the easy options. Me too. I probably shouldn't tell you this, but I rarely do a Pilates or yoga class. Yet my body is feeling the best it ever has. I want to share with you just how this is.
Pilates and yoga are often used to fix the problems caused by our environment. Change the root cause and Pilates and yoga can be used as a self-exploration instead of an elastaplast on life.
With the workshop you will receive a guide and some stickers (you'll find out why) to take home with you; to start analysing your habits and working towards a healthier life...without having to do any drastic changes!

And why is it called Vikasati? Vikasati is a beautiful sanskrit word with many meanings including; advance, blossom, open, bloom, shine, be bright, beam, increase, burst, expand, spread out and evolve. That is what I hope for you all!
