Class Timetable

These are the listings for Pilates and Yoga classes in Hove.

All the classes  are suitable for any age or ability. For a lot of the movements, different levels are offered so you can work safely in a way to suit your body. I am there as your guide, not your instructor. Meaning I aim to help you find what is best for you. You don't need to be strong and flexible, but over time these classes will help with that so you can watch yourself grow- often quite literally as your posture improves!

 

If you have any health concerns please just get in touch. Modifications can be found for most things in classes so it is likely you'll be absolutely fine.

There are only a few mats there so please bring your own, and blocks if you need them. If you don't have them, you can contact me and I can give you some recommendations. 

Please arrive 5 minutes early so that you can settle before starting and I look forward to seeing you on the mat :)

Monday 6- 7.15pm

Honey Croft

Focusing on strengthening mindfully from the centre.

Pilates is great for posture, 'core' strength, body awareness, muscle control and also highly recommended for anyone with a Yoga practice!

Monday 7.30- 9.15pm

Honey Croft

Reintegrate your mind with your body and your felt sense.

Gentle movements and longer held poses to bring awareness, enabling somatic healing. 

For maximum bliss, bring a cushion and a blanket :)
